What are your delivery options and charges for the orders I place?

All our orders are delivered via a courier service. We charge a standard shipping rate of R100 and free shipping for baskets over R2000. For those living in Joburg who would prefer to pick up, that’s not a problem, please indicate this option when checking out.

 


What payment options do I have when checking out my order?

We offer a variety of payment methods through the popular and trusted PayFast interface. We can process MasterCard and Visa credit cards, Instant EFT (with South Africa’s four biggest banks), Masterpass, credit facility mobicred and digital payment method using Bitcoin.


How long will it take to receive my items?

We ship items out from Johannesburg, so depending on where you live, the times may vary.

For in stock, non-personalised items – approx. 2-5 days.

For out of stock items – approx. 1-3 weeks.

For customised orders - 1-2 weeks.


Who delivers my items?

We use Dawn Wing couriers throughout South Africa (the yellow van guys!).


How safe is shopping on your store? Is my data secure and protected?

Online shopping nowadays is SO common, and things have come a long way…so there is no need to worry!


Champagne Occasions uses PayFast , which is a third-party payment processor that has the highest security classification for online transactions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! For international orders please email us, and we will invoice you and arrange shipping: hello@champagneoccasions.co.za


Do you have a refund policy?

If you aren’t getting any warm and fuzzy’s when your item arrives…we are so sorry!

Please get hold of us immediately to sort it out.

For clothing items, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns if the items are already worn.

- for any defects in an item, we will send our courier to collect from you and happily refund you, or replace.

- if you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, and would like a refund or an exchange, that's not a problem! Please can you arrange to get the item back to us, and we will gladly assist with a refund or exchange.


How can I get featured on your social media pages?

We LOVE seeing all of you babes in our items, so please feel free to tag us in your social media posts! Alternatively, send us a mail or a DM of you with your item, and we could be showing you off shortly!
